Use the new search feature to look up specific terms within an alert or sort by:

  • Source (Twitter, Facebook, web, forums, images, news or video),
  • Folder (inbox, archive, trash, irrelevant),
  • Sentiment,
  • Language, or
  • Date range.

Use the new search feature to quickly identify:

  • Particular support queries
  • Feature requests
  • Content shares
  • Team member mentions
  • Only positive or negative mentions
  • Mentions during a specific event or time frame

These are just a few of the uses we’ve designed this new search feature for. We’re excited to hear how else you’ll use it. We know this is just the start.

This announcement comes at the heels of our new Topics feature — a tag cloud that’s unique for every alert and for every Mention user.
