Stories can be photos or videos. They also disappear after 24 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, brands can use third-party programs\nto break a longer video into Stories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite their length, there are plenty of ways\nto use Stories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You could use them to run a poll or survey,\noffer quick answers to questions, or repurpose longer content. Stories could\nalso tease an upcoming sale or product launch, or showcase a product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stories can be used for shopping, too. Creators who\nprefer longer content may get more mileage from IGTV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instagram-press.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/20\/welcome-to-igtv\/\">IGTV<\/a> allows creators to share <a href=\"https:\/\/instagram-press.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/20\/welcome-to-igtv\/\">long-form<\/a> videos that are a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.instagram.com\/381435875695118\">minimum\nof one minute long<\/a> and a maximum of 15-to-60 minutes, depending on\nhow they\u2019re uploaded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though <a href=\"https:\/\/later.com\/blog\/igtv-views\/\">IGTV<\/a>\nfaced some hiccups in the beginning, Instagram has been rolling out features to\nmake it more appealing for brands and viewers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, <a href=\"https:\/\/meetedgar.com\/blog\/what-is-igtv\/\">IGTV<\/a>\nrecently began supporting landscape videos.
