A car manufacturer will be looking at longer lifecycles, while a grocery store will utilize shorter ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever length your lifecycle is, the goal is the same; attract a customer\u2019s attention, get them to make a purchase, and then have them come back again (and again).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are different views as to how many stages are involved in lifecycle marketing, but one common model involves six stages. So, what are the 6 stages of the customer life cycle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Awareness:<\/strong> This is the stage where people first become aware of your product and\/or brand. For example, if you are selling tech products, then you will want robust customer support and service. You\u2019d give your full name, tell the person what you do, and what company you work for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s the same with lifecycle marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to introduce yourself without overwhelming the targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, you need to know who you are talking to before you create content so that it can be tailored\u2014or even personalized\u2014to suit your audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, there is little point in providing lots of technical details about services such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realvnc.com\/en\/discover\/remote-desktop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">remote desktop<\/a> solutions if you\u2019re speaking to someone with little or no technical knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, keep the following in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Who are your products or services aimed at? Do your campaigns require segmentation into different demographic groups? If someone has decided to buy your product but then encounters an overly-complicated or misleading buying process, they may go elsewhere.
