However, Kelli’s use of Mention differs according to the size of the customer. For major clients, MyWHYagency is required to listen to social media on a daily basis. For smaller customers, their needs are episodic.

"Our customers ask for reports to track their brand reputation. I use Mention's Social Listening report a lot, as well as the QuickChart feature. I can simply and easily build a graph with our reach for the day, the overall sentiment, the location... It's super-fast, and my customers appreciate the responsiveness."
