Welcome to the new report creation page, now featuring a user-friendly report creation wizard. For years, we have provided a wide range of report types, enabling you to harness the power of social listening. With the new creation, you’ll have a seamless experience selecting the most suitable report for your specific use case. It offers a clear overview of available options and allows you to calibrate your report effortlessly using advanced presets. Additionally, it offers a convenient preview of reports that may have been inaccessible to you, either due to the absence of your SA or limitations within your plan.

Focus on the insights center

All of that report talk reminded us of our powerful tool, the Insight Center, which offers instant visualization of valuable insights. With the Insight Center, you can easily create customized views of specific data points such as country, topic, reach, and more, without the need to create a full report. Want to compare the sentiment of Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ in the last quarter? If you have set up the relevant alerts, the Insight Center enables you to do just that. Unlock the power of instant insights and stay ahead of the curve in today’s dynamic landscape.

Respond has been updated

Within our range of social media management features, meet Respond. It’s a unified social media inbox that simplifies interactions by consolidating direct messages from your connected Facebook and Twitter accounts. No more tab-switching or losing track of conversations – Respond keeps everything in one place.

Interesting update for Respond users! You now have up to 7 days to respond to Facebook DMs (previously 24 hours), offering more flexibility to engage with your audience. Plus, we have a surprise in store… Instagram DMs will soon be integrated into Respond. Stay tuned for this upcoming addition!

Mention tip: Auto-tag in the Feed

Did you know that you can auto-tag mentions in your feed? For example: You have an alert on a car manufacturer , and you would like to auto-tag everything related to their new cars. Inside your alert, head to the “Tag Settings” and create or modify an existing tag. Choose your auto-tag settings, just by typing “new model” and that’s it, you can hit the “save” button.

Tags help you to break your collected mentions into segments, based on other keywords used in them. Incredibly helpful when you’re dealing with thousands of mentions a week.
