Tasks management in the feed

Mention feed task management

Work with your team by assigning tasks directly in the feed.

  • Did you see something interesting from a user on X (previously Twitter)? Assign it to your community manager to retweet.
  • Noticed a customer complaint? Send it to customer service to handle.
  • Found a great feature idea from a competitor? Share it with the product team for their insights.

The task management tab now displays comprehensive information. Users can see who assigned a specific task to whom, along with the date and comments, whereas previously, only the basic mention information was shown.

Tags and favorite mentions

Tags and favorite mentions

Your feed might sometimes look overloaded with many mentions fetched from the numerous sources available with Mention. In that situation, organizing with tags and a favorite icon can be beneficial.

Tags have been made more visible and easier to create, with a “Create a tag” call-to-action (CTA) now prominently displayed in the secondary navigation bar.

A permanent colored star now highlights mentions marked as favorites, ensuring users can swiftly identify and engage with their preferred content. This feature helps maintain an organized feed and facilitates the creation of custom reports.
